2018: Performed work for the Plateplus divestiture from Cargill. Assumed the role of Business Relationship Manager for Plateplus in communications with Cargill’s technical teams. Have deep understanding of the technical architecture and good understanding of the business required for divestiture. Reviewed and provided guidance for the new IT infrastructure. Lead the conversion of eSTELplan from internal hosting at Cargill to remote hosting; performing data migration, testing, and validation. Lead the conversion for EDI from Cargill to a new third-party provider. Worked with another third-party provider to implement SAP s4/Hana Cloud in Plateplus. Worked with third-party provider to support the Accounting and Finance teams in SAP. Worked with a different third-party provider for the integration from eSTELplan to SAP. Provided guidance for the transition of Salesforce out of Cargill. Provided guidance to the logistics team for the divestiture, implementing SaaS to support their work. Working with the EDI provider to connect with Plateplus trading partners. Worked with multiple third-party vendors to provide new IT infrastructure to Plateplus for the divestiture. Provided front line leadership to the implementation team of the new Plateplus infrastructure at multiple locations.
