Managed the global migration from SAP RH 4.6c to SAP RH ECC 6.0 for the modules Organizational Management (OM), Employee & Manager Self-service (ESS-MSS), Business Intelligence (BI–BW) and Personal Administration (PA). This task consisted of defining and validating the requirements lists, supervising the development and parameterization of the modules and writing up and running the test plans.Defined the development requirements for the enhancements for the PA, OM, ESS-MSS and BI-BW modules and managed the development. Currently generate the personnel administration and organization reports and am the primary point of contact for the customer for this project.

Managed a team of internal and external developers. Put a tracking plan in place for the enhancements and corrections applied to the application. Designed and maintained interfaces between SAP and (Hypervision ADP/GSI Payroll & Horquartz time and attendance), and rolled out time management systems and RH web interfaces. Participated in the evaluation, feasibility study and selection of the RH systems.

Managed the migration of the HRM Hypervision and CCMx HR systems to SAP RH4.6c (OM, PA) and programmed the interfaces (Payroll and Time and attendance system). Also developed the training materials and trained the end-users and data entry clerks. Redesigned the Zadig/Hypervision payroll engine to accommodate the 35-hour working week, and streamlined the administrative processes between the employees and the RH transaction centre. Ran a change management pilot for the payroll and training department, and rolled out the French payroll system (Hypervision) & Time and attendance (Horoquartz).
