Bruce D. Harman, CPP is the founder and principal of Bruce D. Harman & Associates, LLC, a corporate security, risk and emergency management consulting firm. He is also currently the Director of Public Safety at New Jersey City University. He has also been the Director of Security, Safety and Parking at Christ Hospital and East Orange General Hospital both in New Jersey. He was also formerly a Detective with the East Orange Police Department and a Police Commissioner for the City of East Orange for twelve years. In total, Mr. Harman has over 35 years of professional security and law enforcement experience.Mr. Harman is a recognized lecturer, trainer and teacher in the field of security. He was an adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice Program, Security Management Major at New Jersey City University for 10 years.
