Member of the Global HR Leadership Team and Company Director.Key Accomplishments• Creation of the new Region – led the integration of legal entities in Canada, USA and Latin America - harmonized benefit plans, vendors, and processes in a 4-month period• Creation of new HR teams – reorganized and re-staffed the US HR organization as well as setting up new HR teams in Canada and Latin America• Talent Acquisition - recruitment of a high volume of technical talent (software/hardware engineers, technicians) to fuel the new growth in business – 2 billion in orders taken 2020-2021• International Mobility – managed significant expatriate and visa activity to support use of talent from outside the Americas on key growth projects• HR Transformation projects – rollout of Mercer grading & salary bands, Workday HR software, ADP Workforce payroll, Employee Engagement survey, branding and diversity programs• Labor Relations - negotiated 2 first time collective agreements and currently negotiating a 3rd first time collective agreement for major driverless train project in Honolulu (Teamsters/IBEW).

In addition to my role as Vice President Human Resources for the UK & Ireland I was also the VP HR for the Renewable Energy Sector, offering services and products in wind, solar, biomass and wave technologies.

Reported to the Group Vice President of Compensation & Benefits. Oversaw global compensation strategy, policy, and delivery of global compensation processes (98,000 employees) as well as Executive compensation.

Reported to the SVP of HR, Transport Sector (28,000 employees). Managed compensation & benefits across 75+ countries - executive compensation, base salary, incentives, expatriate packages (3,000+) and benefits programs.

Reported to the President of NAFTA Region, led a team of 60 HR professionals in the US, Canada and Mexico delivering business solutions for the 12 plants and numerous support centers and depots in the three countries.
