-Report and comply under federal mandate to the Department of Homeland Security through SEVIS or direct communication in the form of Status Letters.-Advise F-1 non-immigrant students and other stock holders with regard to 8 CFR, 9 FAM and -University policy. The primary purpose of the advising is to help the 250+ students to maintain their non-immigrant status.-Prepare and execute workshops for incoming and current students.-Coordinated OPT and CPT workshops with Career Services. -The point of contact for Park University and our international student insurance provider.-The liaison for Park University to the Saudi Arabian Cultural Ministry.-Process all OPT and OPT STEM extensions.-Primary contact for faculty and staff for any question or clarification they need regarding F-1 student regulations and policies.-Formed Park University policy for the implementation of CPT adjudication and process all requests.-Complete manual SEVIS registration for all students in compliance with DHS regulations.-Review and execute reporting and advising for termination, extension, program completion, travel signature, reinstatement, enrollment concerns, regaining of status through travel, etc.-Daily appointment and walk in advising for all F-1 students both graduate and undergraduate.-Student Assistant Team Supervisor. Trained Service Assistant Team on process, customer service and document security.-Current NAFSA member.

-Managed out-going mailing lists for publications produced by Allen Press.-Supervised in-plant verification on a daily basis with USPS.-Managed international mailing vendor and negotiated bulk and delivery time costs.-Updated plant process procedures to include palletization, zone skipping and dual mailing.

-Helped prepare and conduct new and existing student orientation. -Maintained detailed records of correspondence with various United States governmental agencies and international contacts. -Worked personally with international students (F, H-1B and J) to ensure continued maintenance of status. -Prepared documentation needed for students to gain, maintain, or change their immigrant status.

-Completed Consular Training at the Foreign Service Institute in Arlington, VA.-Adjudication of eligibility for non-immigrant visas in accordance to 9FAM, INA, administrative guidance and cultural understanding. -Worked as liaison between Consular Section and other United States agencies for anti-fraud and anti-narcotic enforcement. -Maintained records regarding applicants ineligible due to acts of moral turpitude -Brought the fraud section of the Consular Section into compliance with record keeping, interview processes and information sharing. -Collaborated with financial institutions, police forces and U.S. agencies to meet the needs of validating documentation.
