Delivery Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) on a $22 million dollar program migrating 40 applications and associated data from on-prem to the cloud (Snowflake). This program has so far delivered about $15 million of hard savings and $11 million of soft savings. Concurrently serving as Delivery Manager for a $10 million dollar program upgrading SCE’s IT Service Management system. This program will deliver about $500K operational cost savings per year going forward. Both programs are on track and on budget.
