The external customer team was comprised of six executive and middle management stakeholders and 6 technical resources distributed across the country. Full project life-cycle deliverables were produced, including change control activities, regular status reporting, risk management and issue management. Projects were completed on time and within budget.Client: Humanizing Technologies Web Portal Provided project management with total responsibility for a 24-person team (internal and external) on this core business system. This required managing up to 4 outside vendors and their deliverables against an extremely aggressive delivery schedule. This project utilized the RUP, UML, use case based requirements gathering, Rational tools including Requisite Pro, ClearCase, ClearQuest and Rational Rose. The technology included J2EE utilizing Container Managed Persistence (CMP), Sun Solaris Unix, Oracle 8i database server, BEA Weblogic Application server and Apache web server.
