I have spent most of my career leading efforts in product management, business management, business development, consulting and strategy. My primary responsibilities are to lead the company in business strategy and technology. I also help many other organizations through consulting with improved processes, technology and business. I manage the effort for selection and advancement of technology for GMI. I help improve the business through identifying needs and process improvements. I identify and develop opportunities both for internal enhancements and for external partners, and markets.I have helped identify several markets and then lead the development of commercial products to fill those market needs. I lead product development from concept and design to complete implementation. I have also managed the continued product life-cycle through enhancement and maintenance. I have experience in a variety of technologies with strong specialties in geospatial, development, databases, and analytics.
