Part Time Instructor - Perspective and Industrial Design

Senior Designer, automotive group. Worked with Ferrari, Maserati, Cadillac, Infiniti, Nissan, Fiat, Mazda, and others building concept sound systems and components that blended with the DNA of the vehicle. Notable concepts and vehicles include the Nissan Forum Concept vehicle, the Nissan GTR Bass box, Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, and Ferrari F430 Bass box.

Senior Designer, worked with clients including Dell, Keys Fitness, National Instruments, Long Range Systems, as well as several other start-ups. Helped to improve company image by creating imagery of concept products. Was responsible for everything from concept work to final renderings and some mechanical work.

Contract designer through Mayflower Vehicle Systems and Ignition for Peterbilt. Responsible for interior and exterior designs on both current and future programs. Worked closely with engineering and clay modelers, as well as suppliers to create design solutions. Most notable project was the design of the Model 335 class 6 truck

Staff Designer, worked for several companies including Stick Networks, Mahi Networks, Peterbilt, ANI and X-Terra. Also helped to develop a means of understanding and documenting the clients aesthetic direction and sense of corporate identity.

Sole staff designer, responsible for Design of full product line, as well as support advertising, owners manuals, website graphics and exhibit booth properties. It was here that I learned advanced CAD, General Acoustics, as well as several manufacturing processes such as Metal and Wood Fabrication, Powder Coating, Screen Printing, Millwork and CNC Routing.

Full Time Co-op Student for two years, treated as staff designer second year.Skills Learned: Advanced CAD, Shell Scripting in UNIX, Foam Core Modeling, Manufacturing Processes and Model Making Techniques including Urethane Casting.
