I am an experienced Finance Manager and accomplished Business Analyst and process improvement specialist. I have proven ability to quickly analyse business operations and develop practical and cost effective solutions for improvement. My experience at Arel Australia, a technology, logistics and consulting company included many long and short term onsite deployments in Australia, India, Israel, Egypt, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.I was instrumental in the development of systems and processes for growing businesses and streamlining and cost reduction for existing operations. I worked closely with the customers’ own staff at all levels to lead the projects to successful outcomes.Sales, demand management and operations roles at Sheridan Australia, combined with my financial training and experience combine to give me a broad perspective on all aspects of any process improvement project.I have successfully built businesses from concept to successful operation. MatchRef was developed from an idea for the efficient and effective appointment of sporting officials. I bought together the skills required to design and develop a cloud based referee management and appointments system. Within 2 years I took MatchRef from an original idea through to a successful ongoing business.
