Managed departmental budget in excess of $14 million and 200 projects. Led team that tested the rewrite of Web based application used by the retail phone and branch representatives. Implemented requirements traceability on the project and had a containment rate in excess of 94% which resulted in significant reduced downtime for the end user. Led sub-team on post production implementation procedures as part of a company wide IT Transformation effort. Incorporated a standardized metrics report across the team which used information from Quality Center and Resolve Clear Quest to consolidate QA information and reporting. Incorporated offshore resources into the team. Formalized a Systems Integration Test (SIT) process for desktop application.
