I have returned to my own consulting company, and will continue to provide business performance improvement consulting services to organizations in both the private and public sectors. Since 2014, I have been engaged in a variety of Procurement, Process Improvement, and Organizational Effectiveness reviews for clients in both the public and private sectors, and I continue to support organizations as they grow and evolve through COVID and beyond to increase their ability to deliver value to their customers.

Working with a variety of organizations to improve their business performance through process improvement, lean thinking, and innovative problem solving and solution development.

Following Glenayre, I established my own operations improvement consulting business. I closed my business when I joined IBM in late 2006, and briefly started it up again in mid-2010 until joining MNP in April 2011.

Supply Chain and Operational Improvement business consulting

Supported Finning in the selection of a new ERP solution to support their global operations, and in the initial start-up of the implementation project.

Acted as the ED Supply Chain. Led several SCM projects, including the design and start-up of a centralized warehouse and distribution operation

Worked on several supply chain and manufacturing projects, with the aim of supporting Ballard to establish new factory operations for commercialized products.

Worked on a broad range of supply chain and operations improvement projects for clients in western Canada.
