For the last eight years, while working in the marketing department at Scotty's Brewhouse, I felt God was calling me to trade in the burgers and fries for faith and positivity. While I loved my job as Scotty’s and the impact we made in people's lives through our philanthropic platform, I still felt something was missing from my life. I knew I was being lead to use talents in marketing and social media to help organizations and businesses looking to make a difference in our world. However, I kept delaying taking the leap of faith and changing the path of my career. I was comfortable with where I was. It was easy to tell others, “Someday I am going to go out on my own, start a business and follow this path.”Then, one Tuesday afternoon, God changed all that. My comfortable job was eliminated. God gave me the push I needed to take the leap I was afraid to make. I went home that afternoon and began working on my new company Two Roads Digital. The name Two Roads Digital holds a simple, symbolic meaning - I choose to follow the road less traveled as the pathway for my personal life and the principles for my business.
