I am the Global Administrator of our VOIP systems, I Program Manage and supervise all activity pertaining to changes and updates to 15 PBX systems worldwide. We primarily utilize Mitel 3300 controllers in Denmark, Belgium, Holland, South Africa, Italy and the UK, although we have an Acatel system as well as the Mitel in our main France office. I was responsible for the installation of the Mitel PBX solutions in all of our offices and coordinated the relocation of our Kentucky office phone system. I have setup and configured, from Mitel, he following solutions; Teleworker, Your Assistant, Mobility, 6510 voicemail / unified messenger, and Enterprise Manager. I designed and implemented a Global dialing plan for interoffice, toll free, extension to extension dialing.s I have utilized the Mitel solution to cluster many of our PBX's, after working with our network analyst to configure full connectivity between all of our VOIP Vlans. My current projects include upgrade all existing PBX installations to version 9 ur3, and setting up and deploying a (LBG) Live Business Gateway solution in Q1/Q2 of 2010 as well as a least cost call routing scheme.

In my position of PC support Specialist, I handled all PC support for 350 users, from initial setup to software issues with the Microsoft office suite to network trouble shooting, I am proficient with many operating systems, the full Microsoft line from Windows 7, to Windows 95, including the server products, Windows 2003 server to Windows NT server as well as considerable exposure to the Linux and Mac operating systems. I have hardware experience with Compaq, Toshiba, Dell, IBM, Acer, Gateway, and HP devices. I also handled all roaming connectivity for the Global travelers, with a Cisco and/or Juniper VPN client. I have helped in the Active Directory migration in our Canadian, France and Italy locations. Working with the Network Administrator there has been a considerable amount of network troubleshooting both interoffice and local within the Mississauga office, as well as setup of our wireless network configuring the access points using a WPA2 with PEAP and TKIP authentication security structure. Other duties were back up for the LAN administrator and assisted him with a variety of his tasks, including documentation of our LAN and HP Procure configurations.
