Directly manages team of 20 Project Managers having end to end accountability for the successful delivery of the programs/projects under the assigned portfolio. Led and directed 2 major CML system releases which included 92 projects implemented totaling $10M with no high impact production issues. Previously had Relationship Management responsibilites to business side interfacing with 5 groups under Credit Risk Policy and Lending providing updates on their projects and budget. Also managed Document and Design team of 21 people responsible for creation and maintenance of documents for both the branch operation and servicing teams in CML.

Managed team responsible for converting all loan origination documents from existing EFS platform to the Dialogue software platform

Managed Portfolio, Affiliate, Paid Account, and prospect campaigns consisting of pre-approved and invitation-to-apply offers for Real Estate and Personal loan products. Managed campaigns ranging from 25,000 to 1,000,000 in size working with vendors to implement while staying within budget.
