- Track performance metrics and action in the areas of recruiting, staffing, activity model, sales generation, conversion, attrition and productivity across all retail stores within their region- Utilizing scorecards, conduct weekly team level performance meetings between Retail Store Supervisor and Regional Sales Leader including setting agenda and driving follow-up action. - Develop processes and best practices for Retail sales and drive change management within the region.- Oversee compliance of structured processes to ensure a culture of management cadence and accountability. - Consolidate results against goals across the region and influence leadership on results and recommendations to address underperforming areas. - Be the conduit between centralized and regional management to surface local issues, flow up ideas as well as drive consistency across regions.
