CurrentWhat the Role is accountable for:First point of contact for potential Clients seeking information on the products and services Talent provides. Managing the relationships between the BU and its customers, to grow the revenue of the company through the sales, support renewals and services to both new and existing customers. Understand TALENT sales and the sales process while generating leads through strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at iOCO.Strategic Planning & Sales Performance: Plan sales strategies, track targets, and conduct financial analysis for revenue growth.Manage month-end and year-end reporting and stay updated on product offerings.Client & Business Development: Build and maintain client relationships while developing new business through proactive strategies.Identify growth opportunities and expand the business into new markets. Proposal & Quote Management: Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and pricing for clients.Conduct financial analysis on proposals to ensure profitability. Market Research & Analysis: Perform industry research and report findings to guide business strategies.Generate demand by identifying client needs and providing value-based solutions. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with pre-sales, services teams, and marketing to implement solutions and campaigns.Maintain open communication and align with stakeholders on strategic objectives. Client Relationship & Account Management: Manage client expectations, conduct regular touchpoints, and ensure customer satisfaction.Facilitate the resolution of support issues and escalate when necessary. Operations & Process Management: Follow sales processes, maintain CRM records, and manage pipelines.Ensure all client documentation is current and accessible.Networking & Industry Engagement: Attend events to expand industry contacts and identify new business opportunities.Leverage networking to build relationships and grow the client base.
