I have been a Consutant and Expert Witness to the plastics industry since 1995. I specialize in rotational molding, compounding, training, plastic colorants and additives for plastics. I sell test equipment and production equipment to the plastics industry. I have designed high speed extruders, pulverizers, lab sized rotomolders (The SHUTTLE), Flow Gauge research test molds for rotomolding, Hi Intensity mixers for powder, a safe Falling Dart Impact Tester and several other types of test equipment. I have designed manufacturing facilities (plant design). I have worked in plastics since 1964. My plastics career began at the General Tire Plastics Product Development Labs in Akron, OH. After working for several plastics companies, I started two manufacturing companies in 1977 manufacturing colorants and compounding polymers. Accurate Color and Accurate Compounding were located in Lodi, Ohio. I sold both companies in 1995 to a competitor.I have sold products and services into 45 countries. I have lectured or presented technical papers in 6 countries. I own 3 US patents and have authored and presented over 40 technical papers and articles. I have written and edited 4 technical books and contributed chapters to several others.Specialties: I have helped new businesses develop, manufacture and bring their inventions to market. A project I helped bring to market, the Disk (a water toy), won the "2008 Rotationally Molded Conversion Award" from the Association of Rotational Molders.I am an Expert Witness, working Internationally, in plastics litigation cases.
