Creating Risk logs and identifying suitable responses to mitigate risk. Risks that were immediately identified were that of the IT Networking system to be installed in the building, the initial maintenance contracts upon review did not have adequate cover, this risk was raised to senior management and the necessary Service Level Agreements were accordingly upgraded.
