Reporting directly to the Application Development Deputy CIO, project manage two ERP projects: 1) ERP system upgrade for the finance, budget, and human resources departments, and 2) New implementation of the department of public safety records management ERP system. Develop and present weekly status updates to both the CIO and Deputy CIO. In addition to project management duties, work directly with finance, budget, human resources, and public safety team members managing open action items, risks, issues, and reported testing defects. Mentor Human Resources Director on organization skills. Assist IT in the development of test strategies and test planning.

Assist organizations in the building and enhancing of Agile, Program and Project Management practices across the IT organization as well as successfully manage IT projects in the areas of infrastructure, applications development, and vendor configuration deployments.

Reporting directly to the Technology Director, program/project manage multiple projects simultaneously. Based on my track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget, have been assigned to project manage the two highest priority company projects. These projects consist of implementing AWS cloud resiliency, infrastructure monitoring, application upgrades, creation of multiple integrated test environments and more.

Introduce Agile best practices for Squads consisting of Fitch Ratings employees and offshore Consulting Team Members and act as Scrum Master for three major Ratings Projects. Coach Agile Team Members and manage QA defect triage meetings. Prepare and provide weekly status updates, including issues and risks to the Managing Director. Agile Scrum tools include JIRA, Confluence, Quality Center, Slack, MS Teams, and EXCEL.

Reporting directly to the CIO, oversee all projects and work streams associated with the integration of an acquired airline. Project Manage the Microsoft 365 implementation and integration project. Identify and manage future airline business expansion from the perspective of IT.

Working in the PMO, partner with IT and business professionals to implement solutions that meet IT and business goals using program/project management best practices. • Manage projects in the areas of: Infrastructure, Security, Desktop, Pricing, Human Resources, and Legal.• Improve project delivery time and quality by integrating all IT project related processes and compliance tasks (SOX, COBIT) into a single MS Project Plan template and using VBA menu and programming skills to generate customized project plans and Excel reports based on the project’s type, size, and complexity. • Manage IT Infrastructure Audit remediation and Risk remediation teams.• Protect the global organization by reducing the risk of information losses by managing the upgrade of 340+ unsupported MS Virtual Windows servers.• Identify and oversee IT Infrastructure Work Portfolio consisting of projects, upgrades, and operational responsibilities.• SAP virtual server infrastructure build and delivery, LDAP implementation, Audit response management, PMO marketing, High priority incident root cause analysis/remediation, Risk management mitigation, and Infrastructure services identification and definition.• Manage a software development project team consisting of the Chief Pricing Officer, the Pricing Team, IT, and Onshore/Offshore Vendor in the development of five international actuarial pricing tools.

Working in the PMO, partnered with Senior Law Partners, Executive Director, CIO, IT and Business Unit Leaders using numerous management responsibilities including strategic planning, program/project execution, and status reporting. • Managed $15M Worldwide Data Center Consolidation covering the US, Asia, and Latin America. • Managed 12 Office Renovation/Relocation projects with a budget of $84M.• Managed the following infrastructure projects: SAN Storage Systems Upgrades, VMWare Server Virtualization, EMC Storage Array Upgrade, NAS Data Migration.• Managed the following software development projects: Legal Recruiting System, Virtual File Drawer System, Continuing Legal Education Training System.
