*Strategic Growth*•Spearheading the expansion of Appnovation's Technology Enabled Services, led the growth from 21 to 125 employees (971% growth), and annual revenue growth from $2.4M to $23M (958% growth) in a 4 years period.•Analyze, formulate and execute new company initiatives, with clients such as Samsung, Pfizer, Salesforce, Oxford University, WTO, PMI, and Cisco. Creating new departments and offerings from Appnovation's Technology Enabled Services.*People/Team Management*•Directly manage and mentor a team of staff; responsible for performance reviews, one on one meetings, holding team accountable for KPI targets.•Define job description, budget and skill set targets for human capital. Negotiate 3rd party contract terms, and manage vendor performance*Project/Program Management*•Manage a portfolio of accounts, and project teams led by a group of Project Managers. Relocated from Appnovation Vancouver HQ to the newly opened London office to lead Appnovation’s UK expansion program. • Evaluated the existing infrastructure, human capital, and growth plans, created and executed a hiring program to staff the new UK operational team, grew the team from 4 to 12 staff. Opened 2 new office locations in England and Wales • Provided TES team operations oversight for UK / EMEA, setup new processes, team performance management, communication plans with HQ.• Led efforts in securing new European accounts, supporting the UK Sales team with client management, and partnership management.
