*Strategic Growth*•Spearheading the expansion of Appnovation's Technology Enabled Services, led the growth from 21 to 125 employees (971% growth), and annual revenue growth from $2.4M to $23M (958% growth) in a 4 years period.•Analyze, formulate and execute new company initiatives, with clients such as Samsung, Pfizer, Salesforce, Oxford University, WTO, PMI, and Cisco. Creating new departments and offerings from Appnovation's Technology Enabled Services.*People/Team Management*•Directly manage and mentor a team of staff; responsible for performance reviews, one on one meetings, holding team accountable for KPI targets.•Define job description, budget and skill set targets for human capital. Negotiate 3rd party contract terms, and manage vendor performance*Project/Program Management*•Manage a portfolio of accounts, and project teams led by a group of Project Managers. Review weekly status reports, risk and issues.•Act as escalation point and engagement manager for projects in the team's portfolio; engage in reviewing and guiding of all project components in the team's portfolio; lead customer-consulting efforts, facilitate key meetings*Business Development Support*•Assist in the creation of compelling proposals, actively seek opportunities to increase sales of Appnovation services•Define, with the client and Business Analysts, the project scope, approach, resourcing, project plans, value proposition, and other assumptions. Prepare RFP responses, proposals, and statements of work (SOW)*Process Improvement*•Work with management and team members to improve and streamline all aspects of the TES department. •Manage the development of Appnovation’s solution portfolio to ensure that Appnovation’s solutions are in-line with market needs and business strategy•Contribute to knowledge capital within Appnovation. Capture knowledge capital from each engagement. Proactively share own expertise.•Create and develop in-house training programs
