AIRwave, Inc. (AIRwave) is a spin off of AIRwave Medical Solutions (AMS) (formerly WiFiciency, Inc.). AIRwave provides Patient Check-in Solutions and Patient Entertainment Systems to the medical practices and h ealthcare organization. Our Patient Check-in Solutions streamline the entire check-in process by digitizing the intake forms and allowing patients to verify their insurance information and even pay their co-pays from hand held tablet PC called AIRTabs. Our Patient Entertainment Systems provide patients with a variety of options while they wait to see their healthcare provider. Patients can check their email, play games, read a magazine or do pretty much anything that they would do from their personal computer. AIRwave differentiates itself by offering these solutions to medical practices and healthcare organizations at NO NET COST. In addition, AIRwave actually pays the healthcare organization a rental fee for just setting up the system.

From 2003-2005, Mr. Roach served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for JPS Communications, Inc., Raytheon Corporation where he was responsible for all aspects of company Accounting, IT and HR functions, while supervising a staff of six, instituting fiscal budgeting and processes, implemented Raytheon planning and reporting procedures, standardized IT practices and implemented ERP system enhancements and module functionality, and established business metrics and formal fiscal closing.

From 2001-2003, Mr. Roach served as CFO for DesignTech International Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of company Accounting, IT, and Materials functions, supervising a staff of twelve, developing the company Business Plan with departmental and product line level fiscal budgets, managing a tight cash flow. While at DesignTech International, he replaced a bank line of credit and improved cash flow, reducing DSO from 92 to 48 days.

From 2000-2001, Mr. Roach served as the Controller / Internal SAP ERP System Implementation Team Leader for Haleos /ACT MicroDevices Inc. During his time here, Mr. Roach implemented Accelerated (pre-configured) SAP High Tech implementation of “core four” modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD), developed departmental structure, standardized value-added manufacturing “process blocks”, established BOM, categorized sales product groups, and managed a third-party SAP implementation resource, Osprey Systems of Charlotte, NC.
