I spent 22 years at Alcon Laboratories testing and documenting material characteristics specific to cataract patient needs. As Chief Consultant, I want to use this knowledge to help your company set up material characterization studies, including but not limited to stability studies, optical characterization, mechanical characterization, and device-specific testing for your product. In conjunction with this, it is important that these studies be conducting according to internal and external standards for ISO and regulatory compliance guidelines and requirements. My familiarity with these standards and guidelines can help your company conduct these studies in accordance with the appropriate standards and guidelines.
