I work as a systems librarian at the Swiss national library. In this role I am responsible for the administration of the Integrated Library System: databases controlling, software testing, upgrades planning, implementation and configuration of new components or services. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other system administrators or IT specialists. I would like to improve my IT skills in open source solutions especially for what concerns the management of contents for digital collections as well as providing powerful and efficient interfaces to give access to those resources.I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the customers and developers to understand their needs and objectives.
