●October 2014 to Present:Supply Chain Engineering: Reduce Product Development Time, Identify 2nd Source Opportunities, Improve 1st Pass Yield and Lower Costs using Lean tools.●June 2014 to October 2014:NASA Docking Station, Soft Capture System (NDS-SCS)NASA Docking Station, Capture Latch Assembly (NDS-CLA)●October 2013 to June 2014:Member of Strategic Sourcing Team responsible for Cost Reduction, Supplier Development and Disruptive Technologies for Commercial and Military Aviation.●May 2013 to October 2013: Project Lead for Antares (Taurus II) Launch Vehicle Program:Responsible for Electromechanical Actuators, Hydraulic Actuators and other Stage 1 Engine hardware. Led transition from Development to Production using Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving and Technical tools. Created strong relationships with customers, internal team and many Moog cross-functional departments to promote fast, flexible, focused and innovative solutions within tight schedule and budget constraints. Led major launch vehicle hardware improvements to support two NASA Wallops launches.●Dec 2012 to May 2013: Hydraulic Actuator IPT:Led redesign efforts (with innovative approach) on critical space hardware with excellent results.●May 2010 to Dec 2012: EMA IPT Lead:Responsible for Specification development, AW's, ATPs, QTPs, QTR's, Budget, Schedule, ETCs, Redesign, Product Improvements and Customer Communication.●May 2009 to May 2010: Sr. Project Engineer:Supported proposals for man rated Space programs. Offered Engineering support for Ares 1, Orion, LAS, RL10 and IUA. Acted as Test, Sensor and Vibration consultant for critical qualification activities.●April 2008 to May 2009: Cost Account Manager:Supported Boeing 787-8 qualification of Aileron and Flaperon Aircraft hardware.
