Currently I have 2 industry experts, accountant/CFO, and M&A lawyer/compliance expert on board to contribute the strength/experience I don't have.Why the home health industry?People from age of 65 and older preferred be cared at home than at hospital care.Baby Boomer have the most disposable income it has benefited this industry significantly in recent years.Strong and steady revenue growth is expected for the home care provider industry for the next five years.The home health services is affordable with health insurance.The focus on demand is needed for home care on chronic disease management which there is intervention and communication with an emphasis on the patients self care.The gross margin on home care is about 50%.The net profit margin is about 10%-20%.Along those lines, I'm building relationships and connecting with investors interested in: 1) receiving a preferred rate of return(will give a 2-1 arbitrage instead, because the SBA doesn’t like the guarantor promising dividends.) 2) equity upside, and 3) deploying their capital to catalyze positive change.Should this opportunity interest you, please message me.
