Currently I look forward to becoming a great acquisition entrepreneur and achieve ownership.I'm the founder of a home health group(yet to be formed) that will be acquiring businesses in the home health industry with 1m-10m++ in revenue, 500k-1.5m of Ebit++ in size. I'm interested in buying an existing home health agency business that are fragmented with no barrier to entry, good margins, cash flow and prefer a great management team in place. I look for good culture, core values, discretion and transparency. Note we're not looking for home health acquisitions in the northeast at all.The premise is simple: to become a market leader by finally offering affordable home care services to the elderly that prefer to be cared at home than at hospitals.I've have self taught myself financial literacy, business skills, investing skills and intelligence through the internet from varies books, job experiences and life experiences. Worked as home health aide about nine months in my career. Currently I have 2 industry experts, accountant/CFO, and M&A lawyer/compliance expert on board to contribute the strength/experience I don't have.Why the home health industry?People from age of 65 and older preferred be cared at home than at hospital care.Baby Boomer have the most disposable income it has benefited this industry significantly in recent years.Strong and steady revenue growth is expected for the home care provider industry for the next five years.The home health services is affordable with health insurance.The focus on demand is needed for home care on chronic disease management which there is intervention and communication with an emphasis on the patients self care.The gross margin on home care is about 50%.The net profit margin is about 10%-20%.Along those lines, I'm building relationships and connecting with investors interested in: 1) receiving a preferred rate of return(will give a 2-1 arbitrage instead, because the SBA doesn’t like the guarantor promising dividends.) 2) equity upside, and 3) deploying their capital to catalyze positive change.Should this opportunity interest you, please message me.
