Project Description: I lead and design the solution architecture to Insurance industry customer, in order to accomplish a chilean goverment law called: 10 percent withdrawal. This was a challenging project, designed and developed in 2 weeks. The solution was implemented on IBM Cloud using ROKS (RedHat Openshift Kubernetes Service), Cloudant (NoSQL DB), Cloud Object Storage, CIS (Cloud Internet Services) and microservices implemented on NodeJs and Python.

Project Description: I worked in a chilean bank migrating workload to the cloud. I was reponsible of:• Define the strategy and perform the migration of workloads (80 microservices) implemented on SpringBoot and NodeJs from a vanilla Kubernetes cluster to the platform RedHat Openshift. In this migration I used Openshift templates to accelerate the migration and stored the images in the Quay container registry. The workloads is related a backend services to support a bank mobile application.• Lead the migration of microservices platform: from Rancher to IBM Cloud Private (Kubernetes, Helm). The microservices (web app, BFF, business logic) support the functionalities to bank mobile application. The solution approach involved aspects as: high availability (ReplicaSet), performance and elasticity (HPA) also the 12Factor method adherence.

Project Description: An insurance company request to IBM migrate their platform (mainframe applications on z/OS and distributed applications: java with db2) to another data-center (IBM service).
