I worked closely with Alison Beppler the HR director to build a working and robust union with in the 600 employees of the Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC). This meant attending and with help from upper management planning and coordinating many union meetings with in the MAC, at their employee re-train meant center they build just for the union push. We fought for many years to build something the members, management staff and employees can look forward to uniting them with. I am proud to be responsible for filling for the first union vote under teamsters 206, at this 130 year old institution and look forward to where that brings us in the future. Show less
