During my working career I have gained experience in; leading and managing sales teams, oversee drafting and management of long-term contracts, complete, review, and submit tender documentation. Guide staff in analysis and modification of business’ pricing structure. Drive new customer acquisition efforts whilst servicing current clients. Meet with customers to determine needs and provide recommendations. Track expenditures and execute budget controls. Conduct product investigations in collaboration with R&D department. Provide planning forecasts and oversee operations of manufacturing and repair facilities. Direct sourcing and management of inventory. Author and present reports detailing progress, milestones, schedules, and issues.Manage and lead a manufacturing process producing product for underground roof stabilization.
