Also responsible for selected Commercial Banking clients that are in distress. Responsible for clients where NBB Group is a creditor and also taking on the role as independent adviser and leading the restructure to companies where NBB Group is not a creditor.

Primarily responsible for corporate credit risk for the bank and acted as Chief Risk Officer. Successfully led the risk management function of the bank and initiated new risk strategies and risk rating models.

Responsible for risk across 24 countries outside Qatar. Established the risk organizational structure and successfully led risk management for overseas countries.

Led many highly successful workouts of problem accounts across Asia and Australia.Senior Relationship Manager, Metals & Mining, Melbourne, Australia.Successfully built and developed strong relationships across metals and mining companies and led a major restructuring of a zinc mining company.

Non-Executive Director of Tenants Union of Victoria Ltd (now Tenants Victoria) and also Chair of Strategic Planning Committee.

Responsible for developing relationships incorporating all of the product areas of the bank and was responsible for energy, resources, infrastructure and government sectors in Queensland. Expanded target market and new product development. Joined the corporate advisory team and advised the Queensland Government on the float of TAB Queensland and the sale of the Government's holding in Bank of Queensland.

Developed relationships incorporating all of the product areas of the bank. I was the first expat sent from Australia to Head Office Tokyo. Responsible for arranging and structuring project finance transactions in Project Finance Division. Moved into Corporate Advisory Division and advised various Australian and Japanese corporations in establishing strategic alliances. Led the bank's team in underwriting debt for bidders to purchase power stations in Victoria under the government's privatisation plans.
