My professional background consists of varied learning and human development fields which have involved meeting the needs of the organisation, the community and the individual. Management and leadership skills have been acquired and developed through the process of organisational restructuring and change while financial skills have been honed through a ‘hands on’ approach to budget development, implementation and its maintenance. Training and development skills have been accumulated and improved through post graduate studies, critical self assessment and client/staff evaluation and feedback.My career objectives are to apply countless years experience of training a diverse cross section of people and many years of leadership, management and staff development to enhance performance and career development of myself and others while meeting the aims of the organisation.
