Architected and built ServiceNow's single largest source of leads: the customer-facing demo portal known as "DemoNow". This property was featured on the front page of ServiceNow.com. Working with a cross-functional team of product experts, I developed the strategy, produced content, and wrote HTML and Javascript to implement the experience that gave customers a frictionless self-serve experience with ServiceNow products.

DemoEasel makes it easy to demonstrate software products for sales, events, or customer self-service, giving our customers the impact of live demos without the prep time and risk. DemoEasel is the tool of choice for major events like Cisco Live, ServiceNow Knowledge and HPE Discover. Sales teams world-wide use DemoEasel to create demo libraries that empower anyone on the team to present a great demo any time, any place.I am the product guy. I invented the original technology behind DemoEasel to meet my own needs as a demo builder and presenter. Currently, I act as Product Manager and lead Developer. As Product Manager, I work with customers to understand how we can improve DemoEasel to better meet their needs. From these data points, I develop the product strategy and write the code to implement the functionality.For the last few years, I've had the good fortune to work with the technical marketing team at ServiceNow to build customer-facing demos for servicenow.com and for main stage keynotes at major events world-wide. This immersive experience has helped dramatically broaden the capabilities of DemoEasel and has helped me learn and grow as a demo builder.

For field enablement, I created demo assets to boost productivity and effectiveness of Jive field sales teams. For corporate Keynote presentations, I built DemoEasels that helped Jive Executives present technology demos to publicize and promote the Jive vision. Accomplishments:- Created all the demos for Jive's Analyst Day after being on the job for less than 2 weeks- Worked with Jive Execs to define, create and present all keynote demos at Jiveworld 2013
