Project and Program Manager - Responsible for the IBM Collaborative software portfolio's documentation translation process. In this role I performed hands-on planning and delivery functions. I managed the product documentation (DITA-based) content from creation, through the IBM Globalization process resulting in the publication to IBM public websites in over twenty languages. I managed a dozen product documentation offerings each with multiple annual release schedules. Interacted with multiple constituencies worldwide. Delivered dozens of documentation deliverables annually on time, on budget for over six years. Designed and implemented Notes/Domino applications Client list included: Lotus Development, IBM, Fidelity, Putnam Investments, Summit Technologies. An example of applications I designed and implemented: * multi-domain Lotus Notes security system for worldwide deployment for the Public Networks Group at IBM/Lotus Development

Designed and implemented complex Notes/Domino applications for Fortune 100 companies. Clients included McKinsey Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand, Cabot Corp, Coca-Cola, Digital Equipment, Intel. Authored application development and migration guidelines. Prepared and presented technical seminars on groupware topics.

Member of Lotus VIP development team (Lotus VIP was a commercially available GUI front-end development tool for Lotus Notes). I was responsible for design and delivery of the product sample applications, tutorials, and tools that required extensive use of LotusScript, Domino and RDB back-ends. Conducted training seminars for the Notes/VIP development community. Presented material relative to GUI application development in Lotus Notes at VIP Developers Conference in 1994.
