CurrentMARKET MANAGER/TRANSFUSION MEDICINE• Develop and lead formal market evaluations (Project Plans) to agree upon strategies and tactics appropriate to the market objectives• Develop cross functional project plans to support the strategies and tactics• Provide direction to company initiatives that achieve market objectives• Execute marketing tactics in support of each market and sales objectives• Be recognized internally and externally as a market expert in terms of technology, competition, trade channels, voice-of-the-customer, and trends.MANAGER OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS• Develop and execute overall strategy relating to institutional and product positioning• Utilize the full range of communication tools and techniques to reach and expose target companies to Computype value proposition. The marketing mix may include, but is not limited to: trade shows, direct mail, dialog marketing, media advertising, PR, sell sheets, sales aids, application stories, formal presentations, journal articles, and Web usage.• Develop and execute collateral materials and sales aids• Develop and execute lead generation and sales support programs as appropriate • Develop and execute sales training materials as needed
