Governance level representing the interests of Gold Coast Breakers Rugby Club members through all transitional board, management, branding and operational matters as the Premier Rugby Club on the Gold Coast. Work closely to develop a positive and secure future alongside all stakeholders including Queensland Rugby Union, Gold Coast District Rugby Union, Bond University Rugby Club.

Establish strategies and guidelines in preparation for transitional changes to the Premier Rugby Club of the Gold Coast and ensure appropriate succession plans were in place to ensure a smooth and transparent process was managed involving all players, stakeholders, members and supporters.

The success of the Wallabies dictated a very significant project and budget with the Rugby World Cup (William Webb Ellis Cup - aka 'BILL'), Bledisloe Cup and a range of trophies that highlighted the Wallabies dominance in World Rugby during the period. WSMS identified and project managed Australian Rugby road show and schedule, referred to as the "Bill's Back Tour". In the first phase, WSMS coordinated the tender process, development of design and fit out and delivery of the presentation nationally, with the ARU pressing the 'green light' following the Wallabies RWC win in November 1999.
