He is responsible for the creation of what is widely regarded as the most comprehensive and agile digital and offset print network in the self-publishing industry with multiple locations in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, allowing for scaling of global business infrastructure to deliver profitability within 24 months of first $ of revenue, and successfully scaled organization to accommodate revenue CAGR of 135% from 2006 to 2011. He built a full customer-facing Operations group scaleable to +$100M annual revenue with margin increases year-over-year from 2006 through 2019.By creating a business model that enables the company to profit on a unit of one, Blurb has opened up the world of publishing to everyone who has access to a computer and a story to tell. As Corbis’ Director of Global Imaging Operations was the principal decision-maker for standards, archiving and workflow at Corbis’ global image production facilities (Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, London, Paris, Düsseldorf) and was pivotal in the creation of the multi-million-image Corbis Collection. Leader of integration team post acquisition of The Bettmann Archive, Digital Stock, The Stock Market Photo Agency, Starlight Photo Agency, Sygma Photo News Agency, Westlight, and LGI Photo Agency among others. Oversaw special projects including The Ansel Adams Trust, NASA Archival Photography, Codex Leicester, Hulton Deutsch Collection, David and Peter Turnley Collections. Developed concept for analog print collection "The Living Lens".
