I am a results-oriented human resources consultant and learning and development expert. I consult in the public and private sectors on a range of human resource topics. I have developed and delivered high-impact, facilitated workshops for HR professionals, globally as well as well as online, micro-learning-based courses for specific audiences, such as recruiters.My passion is around helping people grow, both personally and professionally. In today’s world, development and growth have become personal issues – for everyone. I continue to be engaged and motivated in teaching, coaching and mentoring individuals and groups. This, in turn, drives my own growth.In 2018 I worked closely with Dave Forman, the author of Fearless HR: Driving Business Results, as he developed high-impact workshops that apply the principles that are the foundation of his best-selling book.
