CurrentAdvising on technology and data-related legal issues, general procurement, RFPs, corporate governance, employment issues and general commercial contracts.I am a trusted advisor to ADIA's Procurement Function and other internal stakeholders on risks, commercial impacts of sourcing and procurement arrangements, and structuring options.Key areas of focus within this role are as follows:• Providing legal advice to internal business clients on various technology and commercial projects, such as emerging technologies, outsourcing arrangements, market data agreements, software licensing, data protection, cloud computing contracts, and intellectual property rights.• Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and internal corporate governance by developing policies, guidelines, and related documentation.• Advising on all aspects of legal issues related to IT information security, data privacy, cybersecurity issues, and other risk management initiatives related to data governance.
