During a program of 1,5 year, young and ambitious (technical) trainees will become familiar with the company and different work fields. The program consists of three periods of 6 months at different departments to learn about the different topics within Rijkswaterstaat. My job was to set up a new network and to look at opportunities for a co-operation between Estonia, The Netherlands and other countries, to improve our knowledge about shallow freshwater lakes.- Advisor knowledge management Storm Surge BarriersWorked at the department West-Nederland-Zuid (WNZ). My job was to improve knowledge management in the field of Storm Surge Barriers. - Advisor Hydraulic EngineeringI worked at the reinforcement of the Afsluitdijk. My job was to assess the design and calculations of the dike.

On behalf of Rijkswaterstaat I was responsible for the design and realization of the dike reinforcement in good cooperation with the contractor.

Generation of leads by cold calling, support at events and other business to business activities in the IT-, FM-, and HR-sector.

Participated in project teams that are engaged in the design of terminals, dikes and breakwaters. My part was to calculate different variants, to analyze opportunities and to report my findings.

Within various committees I gained experience in leading groups, making a new financial policy, recruiting funds, analyzing the organisation structure of the association and working in the catering industry.

A full time function leading and organizing events for an association of 250 people. The specific duties were to manage all financial transactions, to be responsible for the correctness of the book keeping and implementing ideas for making the financial administration more effective. As a member of the board of five people it was needed to be representative, organise different activities and coach different committees linked to the student association.

A function in the board that was responsible for the building 'Confide', home of C.S.R. Delft. I was responsible for the financial transactions, insurances, book keeping and I was part of the owners association.
