CurrentA member of the Luminare Health Executive Team, technology strategist and solution delivery leader.Responsibilities include.o Development and execution of IT strategies aligned with and in response to business objectives o Building and evolving a strong and talented team o Building collaborative relationships with senior executiveso Establishing a stable, secure and robust technology infrastructureo Implementing and maintaining strong financial controls over the technology function, providing accountability and transparency while maximizing the business value from ITLuminare Health is a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), which serves more than 18 million members and is the largest customer-owned health insurer in the United States.Luminare Health is a third-party administrator of health benefits that designs and offers custom plans for self-funded customers that help manage costs through innovative solutions, data transparency and member-centric support.We provide our clients access to large national carrier networks, but we also work with over 40 regional networks and can administer client-specific arrangements with local health systems, local networks, and domestic hospital networks. We pair this network flexibility with access to ancillary transplant, dental, lab, oncology, and dialysis networks and over 40 PBMs for ultimate customization.Outside of networks, our reference-based pricing solutions—whether full reference-based, hybrid, or out-of-network-only—give our clients the freedom to build a plan that contains their costs without sacrificing member benefits. We also bring our clients managed care, value-based care, and wellbeing management expertise and a robust catalogue of solutions. We take a consultative approach to helping our clients select options that help achieve desired outcomes for our clients and their members.
