Responsible for all aspects of production during my shift including monitoring system temperatures, fuel (natural gas) consumption based on temperatures, all system alarms and emissions compliance per the EPA and company guidelines. Control all start-ups and shutdowns of the entire system as needed or scheduled. Also responsible for all quality assurance compliance by running a series of sample tests every 15 minutes and adjusting system settings if samples are out of compliance. During shutdowns, I am responsible for assisting the maintenance department in order to restart production as quickly and efficiently as possible. I also serve on the Safety Committee as well as the in-house fire brigade.

Managed uniform, linen and paper route in to set customer base in northern Ohio. Presented new products, addressed customer service issues and added/deleted uniform wearers as needed. Placed special orders (i.e. linen and paper) per customer requests and delivered all requested products as needed.

Supervised a team of 18 sales representatives in 5 states who represented a client company in grocery environments ensuring proper product distribution and placement, coordinated displays and grew overall sales. Maintained compliance and distribution of all required products in assigned territories. Sold and cut in new items at corporate headquarters levels. Effectively communicated benefits and product information of our client’s brands using fact-based selling process, which I developed and was then implemented nationally. Insured Retail Reps were maintaining store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products, product segmentation and secondary displays. Supplied and insured placement of point of sale materials. Also responsible for hiring, training and disciplinary action of representatives.

Managed Facility Services Route with a set customer base. Duties included proper placement of product, installation and training on all equipment offered to my customers. As a Facility Service Rep, my duties also included regular weekly delivery of clean products and removal of soiled products while advising my contacts on new products that could potentially save them time and money in their business. In this position, I learned to be efficient, organized and safety oriented while working with a vast array of work environments.
