Research and compile product information in a format usable by the electronic inventory system. Develop tools to reduce time spent on tasks and to improve data consolidation speed and build using Cognos, Excel Power query, SOAP and RESTful API, XML/JSON parsing, VBA, MS Access, and MS SQL Server Management Software. Examples of the tools built: • Created tool designed to pull and parse information from an API, multiple Excel spreadsheets, and SQL database tables to combine each source programmatically into a single sheet for review; this reduced the amount of time required to perform data consolidation and decreased the risk of transcription errors.• Automation of repetitive task – created a utility which would complete a daily occurring hour+ of required work while freeing analyst time to focus on different project needs like system improvements and addressing customer needs.• Cognos dashboard to extract information from multiple SQL DB tables and display in a single location. Data can then be filtered to outline potential data blockages and corruption. This reduced the time spent collecting the data and allows for a proactive approach to potential issues.• Heat-map of daily orders placed via Cognos and SQL queries – allows for planning of downtimes, patching, and system maintenance during slower times of the day for minimal interruption to customer operations.Frequent data analysis from data extracted via SSMS SQL queries and transformed through Excel. Quality-of-life improvements to production environment through the use of HTML/JavaScript.

Uwmc Outpatient Pharmacy

Focused on exceptional patient care to meet and exceed the UW Medicine vision and mission statements. Coordinated with pharmacy and hospital staff to ensure uninterrupted operation and efficiency improvements while ensuring patient safety. Staff resource for issues with equipment/software, insurance billing, and policy and law questions. Managed scheduling of outpatient technicians and interns for coverage of three separate locations. Trained, coached, and guided staff on new and improved workflows and procedures.Focused on retooling monthly regulatory compliance inspections of hospital and clinic locations. Worked as a staff technician in a fast-paced outpatient pharmacy focused on exceptional patient care in standing with the UW Medicine vision and mission. Utilized my familiarity with insurance billing, policy/law knowledge, and general software troubleshooting to act as a resource for coworkers in solving problems. Uwmc Radiochemistry

The University of Washington Radiochemistry Resources (UWRR) is a specialized facility dedicated to the production and development of radiopharmaceuticals for human studies. The UWRR is run by the Department of Radiology with laboratories designed to facilitate all types of basic and translational imaging research.Performed training and spot-checking of chemists in aseptic techniques up to high-risk sterile media fill and glove-tip testing per United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards. Scheduled, maintained, and audited the cleaning of aseptic facilities. Built out a familiarity with aseptic techniques pertaining from low to high-risk sterile compounding in both vertical and horizontal laminar airflow workstations.Operated complex analytical testing equipment to ensure final product radiopharmaceuticals for human injection were of appropriate quality and purity. Tests included: HPLC, GC/MS, scintillation counting, pyrogen testing (LAL), pH, and sterility testing. Ensured manufacturing records were complete, accurate, and met USP/FDA standards through regular auditing. Coordinated with chemists to create and update standard operating procedures (SOP) reflecting current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) and USP requirements.Ensured regular maintenance of analytical equipment was completed and assisted with operation/basic maintenance of the RDS 111 cyclotron. Managed and reviewed laboratory inventory for outdating stock, reordering, and ensuring all relevant certificates of analysis were present from manufacturer/distributor.
