Customer Service Specialist / Foreign Trade Analyst / Order-To-Cash Key User
CurrentCurrently responsible for managing inventory and make & ship orders for Mexico and USA customers, including all activities within Order-To-Cash process, such as customer setup, contract maintenance, order entry and execution, invoicing and receivables, working with our North America and European plants using tri-lingual skills of Portuguese, Spanish and English. Provide sales support by exchanging information with the plants and the Sales Managers to offer service excellence to customers. Organize and follow through on samples for qualification of products.Up to 2018 responsible for all activities within Order-To-Cash process and sales support for the whole South America region, as well as North America and Asia regions, working with 25 of our manufacturing plants.• Participation at Hospitalar Medical Fair in Brazil, meeting customers and prospects, which increased the understanding of the medical market and learning what is new;• Attended various customer meetings to develop relationships and provide a better level of support;• Initiated airport and port visits to increase knowledge of import and export processes;• Recognized as a Key User since 2012, participating in cross-functional meetings to discuss ideas of how to improve global ways of working and providing training to the Customer Service team on Order-To-Cash (O2C) tools and processes;• Project participant for the restructuring of the foreign trade area in Louveira: automatic issuance of export documents;• Participation in the Project for improvement and assertiveness on the certificate of origin information in Louveira;International Experiences: Plants visits in USA – 2016 / 2019 Customer visit in Mexico – 2019Customers visits in Chile and Argentina – 2016 Training “Train the Trainer” in Atlanta – 2013TrainingsSocial Style TrainingCustomer Relationship Management - SalesForceMedical / Parchment and Filtration Products
