I am a professional with a career in transition to the areas of sustainability and ESG, and I am a lawyer since 2019. I have been specializing and delving into the topic of human rights, sustainability, CSR and ESG since 2016, the year I first came in touch with the field. In 2016, I won a full college scholarship for a one-year exchange to the University of Bologna. It was there that I started my studies in human rights, taking courses such as "Comparative Constitutional Law" and "Law and Gender", which dealt with fundamental rights. Moreover, I had to write articles for the conclusion of such courses, such as "Women in the labor market: historiography and the Womenomics revolution", and I participated in enriching debates about the inclusion of minority groups in society, which made me visualize a new world within law. Furthermore, I have participated and helped organize conferences and executive courses on the field. In particular, I should mention the course "ESG: Theory and Practice for Business", in which I was a monitor. I have also participated in international consulting projects on Business and Human Rights, to advise confidentially, on due diligence for national companies. I joined Chiarottino e Nicoletti Advogados as a associate in February 2020, but I have been working at the firm since July 2018, going from intern to lawyer. There I worked with all the professionals - from trainees to the senior members of the teams, including the main partner - focusing on family law, succession and arbitration, and acting in the areas of civil litigation, corporate and compliance.I have the capacity to manage a large volume of tasks, defining priorities, and I work very well in teams. I am a fast learner and have a good record of accomplishing goals and deadlines. I am very organized, proactive, sociable, and detail oriented.
