• Development of the company wide sales strategy and annual sales plan;• Analysis of sales performance data, including the preparation of monthly sales reports, costs spreadsheets and sales forecasts;• Negotiation of commercial deals with big hotels in Brazil to attract additional revenue;• Market monitoring to be updated in relation to the competitors activities and movements;• Review of previous contracts and improvement of the sales and marketings terms and conditions together with the legal team;• Management of the sales team, developing targets and commission to incentivise them to perform.

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the project "Go to Market" where I developed these activities:• Analysis of all company departments (Marketing, Financial, Logistics, Administrative and IT) for set up the new service model to the market and suppliers;• Definition of new market segmentation and criteria standardization for serving points of sale;• Planning of business initiatives to accelerate the company's growth;• Control budget, schedule and plan of Internal Communication;• Project reported directly to the President with the support of Marketing Director.

• Co-responsible for the soft drink department’s outcome (volume, price and market share), with regional coverage (Brazilian North and Northeast - rapidly growing regions in Brazil);• Strategic planning of annual development actions for the POS, regional launches and advertising campaigns tailored to local market;• Creation, promotion and monitoring of incentives for sales staff; • Direct contact and negotiation with advertising agencies and marketing suppliers in general;• Management of the funds budgeted for the region in accordance with the annual strategic plan.

• Customer Service to 24 Supermarkets in Fortaleza, reaching a market of 3 million of consumers;• Budget and product price management;• Controlling and monitoring of promotional activities implementation directed to consumers;• Negotiation of marketing programs: refrigeration, promotions and marketing campaign materials;• Leading a team of 5 sales person.
