Leadership of several projects focused on improving the structural competitiveness of the plant of wiring harness.(new business opportunities, change of indrustrial footprint, restructuring, projects efficiency).

Main responsibilities:• Develop and maintain planned and predictive maintenance procedures as required. • Identify and acquire materials necessary for the job.• Check the availability of critical items in stock.• Estimate the cost of each Work Order in terms of labor, third parties, and materials.• Plan and coordinate daily activities of maintenance, allocating resources for the tasks to be performed.• Address failures that cause unscheduled downtime by creating an action plan.• Plan monthly and annual shutdowns.• Review all Work Orders, checking their accuracy and correctness, updating machine historical data in SAP as required by ARROP.• Develop an action plan to improve the unplanned downtime indicator (UDT).• Seek maintenance opportunities in the factory, requesting support from managers in production areas and PPC (Production Planning and Control).• Follow the status of Planned vs. Actual for the day and adjust if necessary.• Conduct meetings to identify possible schedule non-compliance and take measures to eliminate recurrence.• Member of the Internal Accident Prevention Commission• Member of the Food Safety Team• Internal Auditor of 5S.

Main activities: • Responsible for the 5S management of the Milling department; • Participation in internal and external audits;• Conducting rounds to ensure employee safety and product quality;• Support in operational activities;• Document management for audits;• Management of performance indicators, OE, and OEE;• Management of Corporate Spreadsheets; • Support in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);• Execution of technical tasks.
