❯ I am a chemical engineer, graduated from University of São Paulo (USP) and did an exchange program at Kiel University in Germany. I have a MBA in Business Management and Business Intelligence at Saint Paul Business School. ❯ More than 5 years of experience in the industrial and operations area, working in multinational companies in the chemical, aviation, glass and furniture segments. Among these experiences, I was able to learn about topics ranging from product development to supply chain. Always seeking operational excellence, I participated in external audits, used lean methodologies for process optimization and agile methodologies for project management. ❯ Main deliveries: lean six sigma projects in the production area with productivity gain and waste elimination, development of new raw material for cost reduction or portfolio expansion, process improvement and lead time reduction projects. The desire to work more efficiently contributed to transforming ideas into results. ❯ I work well in teams, have a sense of urgency, and I am determined. Furthermore, I am passionate about technology; I have developed line automation projects seeking alternatives for an industry 4.0. I understand that it is from new technologies and data analysis that we can develop promising projects for companies with strategies to improve the business. ❯ I always sought to learn different topics, proof of this is the contact I had at the university in extracurricular projects and scientific research. I also believe in the power of transformation through volunteer work, for this reason I was part of projects that made a positive impact on the community where I lived.
