Update the cost BI plan at Brazil level; Provide support for the factory's WCM, integrating the Cost Pillar; Assist in continuous improvement for the pillar; Update indicator information in computerized systems; Analyze performance indicators.

Preparation of resins synthesis recipes; Studies and tests of raw materials and new resins recipes; Benchmarking and comparative testing; Execution of syntheses with in-process parameters control for all product families; Final product characterization according to defined test methods; Labeling and stock control for raw materials and finished products.
