My responsibilities include a diverse range of tasks that contribute to accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, and effective coordination.Key Responsibilities:- Enter and track invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing to maintain smooth financial operations;- Oversee the entry and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring alignment with vendor agreements and internal budgetary constraints;- Manage and reconcile quoted purchase orders, ensuring all documents align with contract terms and maintain financial accuracy;- Enter payments into QuickBooks Online, ensuring precise cash flow management and financial tracking;- Review and reconcile credit cards receipts and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation;- Process credit card reconciliations and expense reports, maintaining accuracy and consistency;- Assist with payroll-related tasks, including timesheets, payroll summaries, and tax conferences;- Calculate and maintain statutory holiday pay for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;- Administer RRSP remittances and track employee contributions in line with company guidelines;- Compile and prepare various financial and operational reports for internal review, providing insights to support strategic decision-making;- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and office organization, to ensure operational efficiency.
