I built the Project department, covering team formation, methodology definition, development of tracking materials, and the implementation of systems and performance indicators.As Head of Customer Success, I designed and implemented the customer journey, with a focus on continuous improvement of satisfaction and retention indicators.Managing two areas simultaneously was a challenge that provided valuable lessons in both strategic and operational leadership.
